I bought this bike 7 weeks ago, rode it twice in nice weather, and has been sitting for 6 weeks. This is the second time I find this fluid on the floor on the side the bike is leaning to.
I felt the entire front but can't find the source, only a vague sense of oil on the hole of the front brake (pic 3). Brake strength is still good.
What do I need to do with this issue?
The bike has air tires and hydrolic brakes.

That is hydraulic brake fluid. It means your brake caliper is leaking. It could be leaking from where you circled, or a bunch of other places like the pistons or the brake lever.
I would take it to where you bought it from and have them fix it. It should be free.
If there is wetness around the front caliper Iโd say it could be hydraulic fluid (likely mineral oil since the brakes are tektro). Keep an eye on the performance of your front brake, if it starts to go get the brake bled
Jeasus Christ itโs bleeding !! Get a tunicate on that stat before we lose him !! Hurry man ๐๐ป
It might be coming from the fork
Could be wrong but I don’t personally think that’s coming from your brake. Tektro hydraulic fluid is pink and doesn’t just turn orange under any circumstances. More than likely that is water inside your fork legs. How it ended up in there is a mystery but those forks have steel springs in them that can flake a little bit of rust, thus the orange color. Alternatively, check for leaks in the ceiling above the bike.
