[Dallas, TX] Does this look like a good used bike for $100-150?

I found this hybrid mountain bike on Marketplace for $50. Seller says it has new tires but will need a tune up, which Google says will cost around $50-100. I will be using this for commuting to work (3 miles away) and local errands. Does it seem like a solid investment for a starter bike or should I keep looking? Thanks.
