Canyon Headset correctly assembled?

Hi all! I took apart my canyon for the first time to inspect the fork and clean some parts. I took some pictures as I put it back together (stupidly not as I took I apart 🤦‍♂️) and have attached them to this post. The orientation of the bearings and the placement of the plastic washer really confuses me. I think I put it back together but the headset is no longer working smoothly so something has got to be wrong…

Any help is much appreciated!
