Looks to be an mid 80s- early 90s Gt bmx, cant exactly day which model but very neat and worth fixing up if you have the spare time!

Cyclepro frame it does seem to be. Or I was thinking a Varmit. Def not a GT fork. The dropouts are directly under the fork legs similar to Directors/old Mongoose type.
