My Nalgene in the same spot has less and it’s been fine so far. Gets filthy though.

It looks fine. Even if it turns out it’s not (e.g., there’s minor contact when things bounce around when you hit a pot-hole or something), it’s just going to be minor momentary rubbing that won’t hurt anything. Go have a great ride!

The front tire looks to be a bigger problem. The fork will flex a lot when riding. The chainring not.
