Looks like a 2013. $750 seems like a pretty reasonable price to me, but definitely check to make sure there’s not any dents or cracks in the frame
The rear end looks funny to me, I would make sure the correct overall length and stroke length of that shock are correct for the frame. Plus it’s an air shock without a reservoir and may not be valved well for the linkage rate.
It’s not a hard pass, but personally I would keep looking.
