Singular Gryphon Mk2. Intended as a drop-bar single-speed trail ripper, but the XL was a bit too large for me so I went with Velo Orange Crazy bars. First time installing hydraulic brakes and all I can say the setup is much easier than it seems and the braking power is insane.
