When your tread’s separating but silica says “not today.”

Running a Surly Extraterrestrial 700×41. The tread started separating, and somehow the only thing keeping it sealed was the silica layer. It even took a goathead and still held 40 psi overnight. Honestly impressed with how tough this compound is.
