I would never buy this bike unless the components seemed to be in good shape and I had a new frame at the ready
Definitely skip it, very bad condition. I‘ve seen bikes with heavy mileage in far better conditions.
Always wondering what people are doing with their bikes. I mean beside chips, look at the scratches on the first pic.
