Hi all, hoping for some fit advice from anyone willing/able to share. I’m 6’3” (190.5 cm). Currently I ride a size 61 Tarmac SL7 with 110×440 cm bar and stem and have 172.5 mm cranks. With the custom aeroad I have the option to change stem length and crank length.
My SL7 fits well and has a stack of 612 mm and Reach of 408 mm. Going by canyon’s recommendation I should go for the XL frame (see pic) which has stack 606 and reach 419. Given this I’m thinking I could pick the 100 mm stem and I’ll just end up with around 1 mm of extra reach on the aeroad compared to my SL7. I then plan to go for 170 mm cranks.
Does this sound like a good plan for sizing?
