I hope you can help me. I bought a carbon MTB fork from Brother Cycles to install on my 2019 Scott Scale 920.
Unfortunately, my crone on the original 32mm Fox fork is extremely tight. I measured that the ring is 39.8 mm, but the fork is 40.0 mm.
Do I need to force the ring onto the fork, or do I need to buy a larger one? This is my first time working directly with carbon, and I'm worried about breaking something and buying the fork for nothing.
