
I was riding my bike the other day, and while going downhill at about 20mph, some loose fabric hanging from my backpack got caught in the wheel, wrapping around the rear disc brake and locking it up.
I had to completely disassemble the brake to remove the fabric, but there's still a decent amount of fabric in the calipers, and I don't have much braking power (though that could just be a matter of re-adjusting).
What would be my best option for getting the fabric bits out of the brake?

Look up how to change the pads, you should learn anyway for when they need replaced.
