    35. I went from 23 to 28 to 32 to 35. Even on streets, I enjoy 35s the most for my style of riding.

  2. I got sooo many flats crossing those bridges in PDX. I was running 28 continentals. Couldn’t afford gators.. Good times!

I’ve squeezed 32s onto my steel Vig. I’d love to run 35s or 38s, but that’s not happening on this bike.

  4. I got my 25s stuck in a cut in the road and fell, so bumped it up to 32s and it’s been wonderful. Would go bigger if I could

  5. Found some really cheap 700×32 Randonneurs so currently running those. Potholes and curbs not a thought. Running about 80-85 psi

  6. 25s in the summer, 32s in the winter (I also have some spiked 30s for the icy period in deepest winter, if needed). Thinking of putting 28s on my summer bike next year.

I know we are supposed to like bigger tyres, but 25c just feel right to me. Spinning up particularly just feels better. & I like a bit of road buzz on the fixed.

30/32c on the roadie is nice too, just different.

  8. 30’s on my around town steel bike. 34’s on my tracklocross. 28’s on my aluminum around town bike. 26’s on my drop bar fitness bike.

  9. 25c on roads generally in good condition, but sometimes the road has no good line without holes. I think 25cs are totally fine, just have to hop over ruts and holes sometimes

38c Gravelking Slicks on my Steamroller. I’m probably going to go 40 once these are gone.

  11. I run 32’s. Very comfy. If your bike can handle I suggest them. If not 28’s are def better than 25s
