The obvious ones are brake pads, 700c wheels (those look like 27 1 1/4″?) and new tyres.
Unless your hands are huge (mine aren’t) you may want to move the brakes to a position you can reach from the drops too!
Edit – oh and theres hoods for those brake levers

It’s a solid bike, like the other poster says brakes, tyres, wheels and you’ll have yourself a nice runaround

That’s a steal. I’d remove the extra brake levers, keep the downtube shifters, fit the widest tyres you have clearance for. New brake pads, and check if the bearings need a service. That bike will outlast you with basic maintenance
