Been trying to find a phone mount for my T-line that sits relatively flush and centred and isn't a clamp-on style mount or a snap-on like a Quad-lock requiring a dedicated case.

So I found the Bike Tie 4 Pro Max, with dual straps so fits most T-shaped handlebars like the T-line, it's currently on Amazon with a 20% off voucher: Link
Seems to fit the bill for me, there are few other versions on there which strap on different ways depending on handle-bar shape or with a strap in case with magnets which is a nice alternative. Is there anything else out there that fits the bill?

You ask if anything else out there fits the bill, yes: peak Design motorcycle mount. The one you have in your pictures hogs too much space … I thought the quad-lock was bad but this is worse! Try what I found … finally after trying quad luck and a few others, peak designs motorcycle mount is the best; here’s a photo on my bike: https://imgur.com/a/peak-design-motorcycle-mount-brompton-bicycle-TKkkVWB
It’s on my C LINE electric. It’s on the far right of the handlebar my Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max fits on it fine it has a very subtle and incredibly strong connection on the bottom so it’s hard to disconnect for phone thieves. They have a generic connector that goes on the bottom of any phone case, and specific phone cases for iPhone and android phones.
More importantly, at least lots of room on the rest of the handlebar I could put a bike computer in the middle. You can see in the picture. I’ve already got a secondary light on the far left of the handlebar, a backup bright light for really dark areas And on the top of the handlebar you see a daytime blinking light from TREK.
I too didn’t like the bulk of official quad lock cases etc. I use a relatively flat quad lock clone stuck to a thin phone sleeve in combination with a quad lock mount clone. Everything is lean and light but strong. It’s also easy to pop off the sleeve if I want to really not feel the bump.
