NBD?

Yesterday I received this bike.
It's a 2022 Diverge Expert. I bought it online, from a company that sells bikes coming back from leasing contracts.
The ad said it had some mileage on it but it was in mint condition.
I'm positive it was never used: brand new tires, sealed accessories…

The frame has a couple of spots where the paint is clearly damaged. See pics. I wonder where could those come from.

I have 14 days to return it.
The shop offers 1 year warranty.

For reference: Paid 3,5k USD in Germany.

I'm wondering whether I should keep it or not.
