I’m new in commuting by bike but have been on the lookout for quite some time… I’m looking to get something very lightweight that can handle commuting up steep hills and country roads… I went and tested out the bianchi gravel electric today and liked the lightness but the position was too aggressive… (considering that the bike I’ve been using occasionally is a Dutch cruiser with no gears and back breaks this was very different) I’ve found these on fb marketplace today, which one would you recommend getting and why?(and also at what price?)
Also I’m 5’10F but have quite short legs so often can’t reach the floor on large bikes 🙂
Note: I might want to convert the chosen one into an electric bike (nothing crazy just something that might ease the edge off the hills)

You should be looking for a size medium in a men’s at most with your proportions, especially if you have short legs. You don’t want a level saddle to bar drop. Also, not really understanding your comment about not being able to reach the floor on a larger bike? Your foot shouldn’t be flat on the ground when you’re seated on the saddle, it usually means your saddle is too low. If anything, you should be like tippy toed while seated in order to reach the ground, or with most riders, they just hop off the saddle and hover on the top tube. The seatpost is the most adjustable part of a bike, that wouldn’t be a concern for me at all unless you’re riding like an XXL bike and have the seatpost all the way slammed down and it’s still too tall.
