Hey, I want to buy this used bike and is has 2 scrathes. The scratch on the down tube looks deeper. I think the one on the seat tube is only superficial. What do you think? Is it just the paint that's damaged, or is the carbon fiber damaged too? Thanks for the help

No one is going to know from a photo. Inspect the bike in person, if you cannot, do not buy it.
