Does it bolt from the front or back? Maybe an easy out.
Drop the wheel and undo the bolts that hold the hanger in from behind

Probably a 3mm allen on the inside of the frame. Remove the wheel and you will see them.
Those look like rivits and if so drill them out
Stop what you are doing. You a making a mess of everything.
