Hey guys, welcome to another video. I’m going to start with different type of videos today. Um, I do a bike collection in 150 yards. Turn left onto Between Towns Road, B4495. I do a bike collection. So, take the second left onto Between Towns Road, B4495. Okay, this is becoming quite nice. Yeah. So you can you guys completely. So I’m going to try to tell you where do I get the bikes, what price do I get the bikes, and why am I traveling hour and a half just to go and grab some bikes. So right, [Music] the reason I’m going uh that far is because of um quite a few others including a a business and uh other individual basically they buy bikes in here uh bicycle and um they uh probably have more time than I So kind of they don’t give you any chance, you know what I mean? It’s like to to get uh the bikes that you want. Shall I say the clear in a quarter of a mile at the roundabout, take the second exit onto Sandy Lane West. I’m going to have to stop sometime. I do apologize about that whenever the navigation starts speaking. So I’ll just have to stop. However, uh because of the buying kind of we we buy cheaper bikes, we can repair a bit and then we put it out there for sale. Um I think it’s going quite well. It depends on the area. So if you got a good area with a lot of students, chances are you’re going to sell more. Um, but you just have to uh try your best and and you find, you know, uh good bikes that they work. And um I use a lot of I use AI a lot. When I say a lot, I mean a lot. Most of the job has been done from AI. Um I barely do anything. Why I the thing that I do in a quarter of a mile merge onto Eastern Bass Road A4142. I pick up bikes and uh I take pictures of the bike. I clean it to and make it shiny to look good. I check for the brakes, chains, the body after all, uh gears and um tires and inner tube as well. just in case you know they don’t most people they are very honest and they tell you straight away you know this is the issue with the bike they helps you because you can solve the issue and then um you know you put it out there for sale. Uh, I try my best to um give them a good price, but then um uh if you buy in in the same city, the bikes cost more expensive, of course, but what I do is uh when I’m traveling, I calculate everything. How much I’m spending the fuel uh my time doesn’t really matter much to be honest with you because I’m willing to do it. I’m I’m quite happy doing it. But uh some people may calculate the time as well. So if I buy a bike 20 to30, I sell the same bike for 120 130. Of course, some people they leave the bike on a shed and it looks a bit rusty and it looks a dust and and you know some whatever. So what I do is I completely clean that up. It takes me no more than probably 15 20 minutes and the bike is ready and you won’t even recognize from the time I boot till the time the pass out which means I’m making it look really good. Now the most important that many many I say sellers in a quarter of a mile a little more roundabout take the second exit and stay on eastern bypass road A4142 the most seller the biggest mistake they make is um they don’t uh take a good pictures what I do is I uh I bend down a bit and go opposite exit the bike instead of from uh standing up and then just taking a picture from up. Those pictures are not that good. It’s not going to be that good. And most times to compete with all those sellers who are on a social media and I’m talking this case Facebook marketplace and country and so on, you need to uh do something that they are not doing. Uh something they don’t do is one I use AI and uh two example have a look how many people they contacted me right now. I’m not sure if you can see them on the screen but I can see them and they come up and um basically they contacted me. Uh I’m very successful when it comes to uh bike selling. I use the SEO for search engine optimization. Of course, um it doesn’t matter if I’m just posting something on social media, AI will do the job for me. Um also, I grab a description of the bike and I just tell AI every problem the bike has to include on description and I tell AI to describe the bike as well. Uh you know what does he have specification in the end? I also ask AI um h you know I’m putting this on social media give me a price how much do you think it’s a secondhand bike in this condition I should put it AI give you an idea why am I saying I give you an idea because if you just put a price yourself there you may put a very low price you may put a very high price and you may not sell the bike or you may sell straight away because you put it so low however I want a fair price and Believe it or not, one bike he didn’t stay no more than 3 to 4 days and it was sold straight away, which means I’m doing something that is getting sale. Uh just today I sold three bikes actually three bikes till now and um all I’m having to do is uh go hour and a half one way come back an hour and a half you know here it takes me 3 hours and I’m grabbing three to four bikes. Now, if one bike pays me the money for traveling and back and forth, if uh whatever I spend on those bikes, those three bikes, if one bike pay me just for that, exit the roundabout onto Eastern by Pass Road. In a quarter of a mile, use the right lane to turn slightly right to stay on Eastern bypass Road A4142. So the remaining two bikes is going to give me profit. So I always calculate. So one bike believe me most times one bike not just he paid everything but he gave me money on top of what I’ve used all day. I’m talking about on fuel and um when I bought the bikes from uh you know this sellers and I I always had at least 20 to30 in my pocket. Use the right lane to turn slightly right to stay on Eastern bypass Road A4142. Now, when I sold two other bikes, each of them it gave me 100% profit. So, two bikes gave me 100% profit and one bike can gave me 15 to 20% profit, which again for me it works very well. Continue for 3/4 of a mile. So that’s what I’m trying to say. Uh it’s easy. If you have an area where the students, no matter where you are, you can continue to do that. Um I try to be nice with the customer. I’m a I’m a silly person, but I don’t try to push myself in the maximum. And I know I can I can joke and I can make a custom maybe believe me and Gary but I don’t want to do that because in a quarter of a mile slight left towards southern bypass road A423 the students and uh you know I want them to like the bike, enjoy the bike and then uh you know have it. Uh, so what I do is I make sure I find a good bike cheap. Slide left towards Southern bypass road A423. Then use any lane to turn slightly left onto Southern Bypass Road. Um, in a minute I’m going to get into motorway. So then you will be like miles. Use any lane to turn slightly left onto Southern bypass road A423. Uh, sorry about that. sometime navigation in Irene is navigation in a quarter of a mile at Hinxy Hill interchange take the first exit onto the A34 slip road to M4 Newbury. So again from uh Oxford I’m going all the way to Somerset and it says an hour and 34 minutes I think but it’s fine. Jessica will do an hour and a half. [Music] So, it looks like it probably has removed the navigation, but that’s fine. [Music] I’ll switch it on in a minute. And um yeah, it all depend on how you are with the customers. Um many of them they uh so just in 300 my god what about 15 20 minutes all I had is messages calls this that so many um so what I was going to say is you you you’re going to try to be good customer you have to try to be honest uh you not to lie if you lie one person then basically gradually your business may go down. Uh you need to um win the customer and if you win the customer they will speak to other um members or friends or family or uh schoolmates. uh I can easily say for now probably 12 to 15% uh I go customers from um recommended from somebody else either in the school or maybe friends so that’s the reason like you know I was very happy with your bike um I brought you another guy or another girl or whatever you know a friend or so then they came and uh they also bought the That’s how trust and defeats. And two, um you got to do a research on prices. Don’t just go and compete, you know, go out there and put the prices so high. Uh you are competing with somebody else. So try to go a little bit lower. Most of this businesses, they try to go so high. Uh example, a similar bike. Uh I do get a bike that those guys in they don’t have it. Uh so it’s something unique and um and two you have to try your best to sell that bike. Uh make quality of pictures. Make a video. Make a video because it’s very very very important. Video they say is uh up to 200% you can sell a whatever you’re trying to sell a product. So make sure you put a video on there. And uh if you do this, I don’t think uh you’ll be let down. I think you you’re going to get sales. Definitely you will get sales. The worst thing that I’ve seen is that um many times I myself as a customer when I go into a shop or a private shop, I’m talking about these major um major shops when there are a lot of employees there. But I’m talking about a private shop, someone’s shop, and basically you walk around, you needed something, you needed help, and uh it’s like they were ignored. You were ignored by everybody. Not just the shop owner, but they just wasn’t there to help. And many times you just go out basically without buying anything. So, uh during the time, this time I didn’t record anything. Um I had a conversation. You had a conversation with customer. I don’t like to let them down. I don’t like to let them keep waiting or something. Um I don’t say, “Okay, I’m going to answer after half an hour or an hour or maybe two hours.” I do try to be very active because you have to understand the same customer when they ask to buy a product from you, they are going to check out probably three, four, five, 10 other people, you know. So, uh by being first, not just um when they ask you is this available and then you just say yes and that’s it. But you got to show a bit more and uh because that’s potential customer and um any anyone who ask about the bike majority of them or if I say maybe 90 something% of them they are interested in buying product. That’s the reason why they have contact with you and that’s why you need to be active. I’m very very close now. I’m just about gosh I had a slightly over hour and a half drive. Uh yes, not too bad compared to what I go to and drive um in Europe. But I’m nearly there. I’ve got 5 minutes to the place and um this particular bike that I buy is a ladies bike. Um it cost £20. It says is ridable and uh doesn’t have any problems which that’s what I want. Turn right onto Shirley Avenue. And uh I’ll be selling the same way if it’s good condition. Minimum 120. It may go all the way to 150 depending on condition. But because I’m buying 20 in a quarter of a mile, turn left onto Shirley Road A3057. because I’m I’m buying 20 pound. I have a feeling that it’s not going to be, you know, in very good condition. I mean, like excellent. So, I can sell it 150 pound, but if I can get 120, that’s fine. Um, fuel and everything. I’m splitting in three bikes at least 80 to 90 quid in in my pocket per bike. So selling the other two bikes then it’s just going to make me um pure 100% profit. So yeah, let’s see. Now I’m going to make a right [Music] probably 3 minutes. Take the next left onto Shirley Road A3057. Then turn right onto Villia’s Road. All [Music] right, that’s the shopping center. So, Somerset for everybody who is watching. This is Somerset in United Kingdom. And it says, “Turn right here. Turn right onto Villia’s Road. Then turn right onto Hisham Road. [Music] Okay. So, now you go. [Music] Take the next right onto Hisham Road. Then turn left onto Foundry Lane. [Music] And I think yeah, I’m here. Right. So, what I’m going to do is I’m just going to park and um take the next left onto Foundry Lane. Then your destination will be on the right. [Music] Right, ladies and gentlemen, maybe uh yeah, I’m just coming back now. Took me a few hours. Little bit tired, I have to say. But I think it was. What I’ve done is I picked up two bikers, not three at this time cuz one of them didn’t fly for whatever reason. Maybe it wasn’t. So, I took two. I paid uh one of them 30 pound another one 20 pound alltogether£50 I’m including a few 20 to30 I’ll go somewhere in the middle maybe 25 so altogether I spend today is 75 now £75 and I spend over 3 hours Um, so what I’m going to do is each bike I’m going to list it 135 and I’m happy to sell it 120 each. So 120 is 120 each that’s about £240 all together minus £75 I think it goes somewhere 165 pound in profit. So, to be fair on this video, for um three and a half hours drive to uh take home um 165 lb. I think that’s good for me. And I’ll I’m just going to call it a day today. That will be it for for today. So, that’s that’s what I do in in kind of daily basis. I travel buy bikes somewhere cheaper when they don’t sell very expensive because of um the volume of selling on that city is not high. So I buy from them quite cheap. I check it before I sell it. Of course I’m going to oil it. Um I’m going to make it looks shiny. Uh if it’s any rust or something, I remove it to make it look good. And the price I’m going to put in is £135. However, I’m happy to take home 120. And believe me, you go some of the um buyers who are just they pay 135 and they don’t even ask twice. But always don’t go to the uh high the most high selling price. Example uh to say I’m going to put 335 I’ll expect to sell that price. Not really. What I do is I’m happy to take it 120 for each bike. And um yeah, there you go. So after all my time, my fuel, you know, um car fuel and uh the price that I bought them all together is uh £75. If you um I don’t like to lie, so I like to be honest person. So I promise you everything I’m saying here, it is true. And that’s what I do in a daily basis. Uh someone can say why can’t you buy in Oxford? The reason I can’t buy in Oxford is that uh a lot of other same as me and maybe even uh I I know some of the uh limited company they do sell bikes. So they are buying as well in Oxford and I do buy in Oxford even in Oxford shape which mean the area around but uh if I find it um good reasonable price then I buy from them and of course a good bike as well because I’m choosing these bikes. I’m not buying just any out there who is willing maybe someone has holded a bike in a shed for quite quite good years and then uh for me to just go and buy from them. No, I don’t do that. But um oh my god, what a stupid driver. I can’t believe I actually had to stop that otherwise he nearly hit me in the city. [Music] I can’t believe it’s very [Music] Wow. You know, you always have to be careful anyway. So, you have to show yourself. It was taking a lot of space. I had to stop there and let him go cuz he was using my lane and the other lane as well. All right. So, never mind. So, um yeah. Um to find a good vice is sometimes very hard because as soon as they see this uh buyers like me um they stand by and as soon as the bike has been uh published on uh social media they uh um don’t hesitate to go and grab a bike. So it’s quite hard sometimes. So, what I have to do is I have to look elsewhere basically to find a good bike so that I can uh purchase it and uh list it. But I’m trying to list something that they don’t have. Uh okay. Because if I list something that they have, then the chances are it depends on the player that they have they may buy that, you know, before me. pass always try to uh find something they don’t have something like quality a a good made bike uh a brown bike that’s what I’m looking for and to have that sometime sometime no but most of the time I have to uh travel in a uh much farther distance basically to go and get that so but but the point is that um my rocky holds It’s three normally. If they are not very heavy, it can hold up to four, but I don’t want to risk it anything, you know, because of um quite it’s quite a long way. If it was a short distance, I wouldn’t mind. But if it’s like a long way, I don’t really want to do that, you know. I don’t want to take a risk and maybe one of the bike falls away or something, then, you know, it will be absolutely uh crazy that to happen. Uh so yeah, I just want to let you know that this is how I do in a daily basis and uh is working very bad to be very honest with you. Um thanks guys. Um I’m going to try to make more videos. I’m not going to go just one place. I will go in different town and different areas. So Oh my god. Where are you going? Basically got a car on the right hand side is trying to make a Uturn which is Gosh, it’s amazing. You turn on the uh middle of the traffic line. Oh, this is amazing. I can’t I can’t believe sometimes say I really can’t believe what I see. Basically they uh they went wrong way and then they made a turn exactly in the middle of the uh the traffic uh you know some of the traffic turning sign [Music] uh it is a bit blurry I think the camera I’m not sure if you can see it is rain as well outside uh not a lot but tiny bit yes I’m back now. In about no longer than 3 minutes, I should be home and going to eat something. Going to relax and get ready for tomorrow. The good thing is I don’t mind driving. I can drive. I drive in Europe for many, many, many, many hours. It’s got more than 1,500 1,600 something miles. That’s how when I travel in in Europe back home, they get to see my family. Uh the reason I’m saying because it’s quite expensive to get flights at the time and they know that school is off. Uh you know in the summer we spend most of the time uh Ben and uh they put the prices um very high so high so that uh with 600 I can go there and come back on fuel I’m talking about. But um if I uh do travel uh two of my kids, me and my wife altogether, it will cost me more than 4 to 5k basically. So I rather choose you know to try to uh buy this car. Cheers guys.
