depends on your bike fit. if that’s the position where you generate most power comfortably, you can take a bit off the top to have your top cap directly onto the stem

Bike looks sweet but all that branding is distracting. Id remove all that branding on the wheelset walls.

I think if you like riding with the drops level with your top tube thats fine but why not just get bull horn or pursuit bars and knock out all or most of those spacers? I think that would look a lot cleaner.
That said I still have a small chimney stack on my only threadless bike – still trying different bars…
