Looking for a basket to chuck my backpack in while commuting. I live in the PNW, so it’s often raining, and I wonder if the Wald is susceptible to rust. I do like the folding factor of the Wald, but the Coolcave seems pretty easy to take on and off. Aesthetically I like the Coolcave more, but the Wald is obviously way more affordable, and seemingly easier to find.
Anyone know what the weight capacity of the Wald is? Can’t find it online.

I had the folding basket it was great but the ends of the basket would rub on my bag pack and destroyed it. But the Coolcave pannier has been a game changer. I was lucky to find the Fjallraven pannier covers for an affordable price that keeps rain away. I would look for the covers if you consider getting the Coolcave’s
