Used Specialized Allez Sport?

Hi, I found this used 2014 specialized allez sport on fb marketplace for $475. I’m new to cycling but want to get into it as a serious sport and possible train for triathlons. I don’t know much about bikes, but I’d prefer a lighter bike to be able to bring up the stairs to my apartment.

I’m 5’5” with a long torso and short legs, this is 52cm. Curious if you think this would be a good fit size wise and if the price is worth it for the bike.
