Need help with a diagnosis – volume up but be careful – wind noise

2020 Specialized Roubaix (ultegra/praxis) 11sp mech.

Been to the shop 3 times, first the bottom bracket bearings were replaced. Got the bike back and within 2 weeks the noise was worse than ever. Trip 2 they replaced the crankset with a brand new (praxis carbon). 2 rides and the noise is back. Trip 3, they are replacing the freewheel and hub shell bearings. Beyond that, what could it be?

• doesn’t always make the noise.
• makes more noise under moderate load ~1-2% + gradient
• I do use the bike when it rains, snows, gravel but I keep the drivetrain clean.
