A close-up of the cockpit, from riding position or in front, are classic. A close-up of the fork/heatset from the drive side is hot, too. Getting a good shot of the drive train is good for appeasing the nerds. Some people like a butt shot, too, facing up the drive side from under the saddle.
Other than that, I got tired of taking pics against walls. Now im usually stopping at the weirdest sign I can find, or resting my left pedal on a rock, log, my helmet, or a beer

Even these side view shots would look a lot cooler if you pulled the bike 5 feet out from the wall and propped it up on something under the pedal. Then the camera would focus on the bike in the foreground and soften the walls in the background to make the bike pop more. This kind of thing is why phones have started adding portrait mode to mimic lens bokeh on real cameras. Portrait mode isn’t always great, but even without it separating subject and background is usually a good start.
