Im trying to get into riding fixed gear, and found this Fuji Feather for about 230 usd. I don't know much about the parts, what model it is, or honestly anything much about fixed gear so wanted to hear some peoples thoughts if this is a good deal and if its a good bike to start with.

I’d haggle down to $150 tops. The feather is a great bike, but it’s not exactly in great shape.
