The freehub is sticky and might need regreasing/bearing replaced.

Looks like that DT ain’t had maintenance done in quite some time. I’d start there. It looks like chain is snagging on cogs, so chain and cassette may need replaced

The reason is that you pedal in the wrong direction. You need to pedal forward for the wheel to spin.
also cleaning your drivetrain won’t hurt. Especially those totlaly caked derailleur pulleys. You might need a new cassette and chain soon too.

Clean then reassess with the chain going in the right forward direction. the cluster ramps don’t work backwards
