I mean, if there are truly no damages than 100%. However, you also don’t wanna find out it’s been rusting for the past few years and you can’t get the bb out because it doesn’t work right. But for 350$ i’d still take that risk 100%
Get it asap lol, before someone else does. For that price, your gonna be happy no matter what, if it works fine and no issues that’s gonna be worth it of course and you could probably even sell the non-broken parts alone if something is broken and basically break even.

Definitely get it, but overhaul everything and make sure the bottom bracket, headset bearings and other linkage bearings arent seized.
