    You could take the bearing out, and use a large nut & bolt to tighten into it and use that to screw it out as it unscrews into the direction that the bolt tightens into.

    This is for a fixed cup, but after you remove the bearing its basically the same.

    The last thing i would do is take the bearing out, and saw carefully until it almost hit the threads. Cut it into sections and try to break it out in pieces.

    But yeah, these bottom brackets suck so hard. I put modern BBs on all my builds, no more of this shit.
