Cycle Touring Portugal – What I Packed

Episode 1 involves packing everything (except my bike) I will do another video on that as I will be documenting the airport chaos and all the bumps along the way, so hopefully you can learn from this (and what not to do).

I won’t be using my backpack on the bike I will be using panniers but they are getting packed into my bike box 🙂

hello and welcome to my channel my name is Hayley and in this video I’m gonna take you through what I pack for two-week holiday and my thirty liter backpack I’m also going to be showing you what’s in my personal bag which is the sixteen the earth time together if you enjoy this video please write and subscribe to my channel for more content so let’s get into the video so here’s my personal bag and I’m sorry pop that I have my tripod from the camera in the other pocket I have my clip that I can put coffee drinks and I’m girl Johnson in the front pocket I have my bike keys my purse my sport on my passport lastly I have a pad just in case moving on to the main compartment I have my sunglasses my normal glasses I have my toiletries bag I have my makeup bag with very little makeup inner next out of my electronics bag a carcass bag on Amazon after seeing it into my GG video lastly my liquids back now I’m going to take you through everything within each individual card this is my toiletry bag I have my razor my shampoo but my mana cook my nail file some sanitizer wipes and their clippers my toothbrush a soap bar my cleanser I have some toothpicks so far greater blows off who likes my contact lenses some plasters just in case q-tips armor tweezers I try to reduce my waste on my liquids by using soap wears shampoo bars and cleansers that aren’t liquid also using my miracle boy preventing waste for the next bag that I’m going to be going through it is my makeup ugh I don’t want me to make a Brittany book it’s enough to do what I like I have a highlighter an eyelash curler a bronzer which I literally is all over my face abortion any disparate everything I have an eye shadow a liquid eyeliner pencil eyeliner sad imperative Beauty Blender eyeshadow bush and my mascara lastly Pepsi NEXT fact I’m gonna bring to you is my electrical life I’ll leave the link described in the description as a fun it’s so useful ever since I got either team my life sounds easier three said my paraben then I have my USB C standard USB another USB C on my camera charger I have a fast charger and a doctor then I have my GoPro I have this image to go by my mom got me for Christmas one year [Music] then I have my camera charger in this little patch here I have all my SD cards someone be using for this trip I have some juice aisle batteries for my light and then just some golf club accessories will also be out of my favorite my Fitbit charger into this bag it’s just charged and wallows for creating this video [Music] now the next part we want to bring you through is my liquids but first I have some water resistance some cream some nail varnish concealer and I have my lip balm favorite lip balm I have a primer I have my deodorant I have my dry shampoo I have a hair mask through when I’m sorry Glenn and halfway through my holiday and my hair is red follow a face mask for the same reason I have some conditioner and I have my Mac strobe cream [Music] [Music] [Music] here are the two small perfumes that I got for free as a sample if you’re ever looking for perfume you to say you have them brought on you with you just go into the department store if you’re buying anything for me even if it’s like just the smallest thing they will give you these for free or you can even ask for samples it’s a little trick that I have only found out recently [Music] and that is my 60 meter personal bagpipes [Music] moving on to my theory to carry on this is the Osprey Tempest they’re easier this is the female version I have my two water bottles on either side in each cook all day on the top page I have a dry bag and they also have I also have an extension cord here this is the best trick that I could ever offer anybody about traveling all you need is wanted after and then you can forget as many well for of your electronics I use charge in the front compartment I have my microfiber towel these are great tails that pack are very small and they are quick drying now on the top I have my runners I have some my crowning honors they’re lightweight and their breathable help them laughter these booties just to protect the rest of my stuff than the spike inside the she is I have packed in my socks and the next patch I have my hair bushes I have above on a fringe which is quite inconvenient when traveling in my miscellaneous pouch and then in the last page I have all my little boy gear that I can break on the plane with me and then I have my underwear bag my clothing packing cube [Music] in my miscellaneous pouch I have some hair accessories a face cloth and mini hairbrush I have my money bag and my bandana and buff and a little shopper the packs away really small I have two locks just in case [Music] in my bike pitch I have two packets of electrolytes these are gonna be very useful when my cycling them 30 degrees I have a spare bike tube and then in this little bag is basically my repair so I have a poem I have a little repair kit and some toiletries and this is when I realized I had my bike noob in my bag which it literally packed in my white box because I don’t have any more room in my little it’s I get then I have a tiny Leatherman bait on this is below the requirements prepare Ianto or actually can carry this on which is good for those some hands you never know when you’re gonna need your love [Music] now in my clothing packing cube I have basically tried to pack everything I need whatever I can I’m Monique boy Armani bringing the necessities but I also wanted to bring clothes that were nice so I had to be really careful with what I was bringing especially because we’re gonna be cat well I’m gonna be carrying all of this so I didn’t want to bring too much and all the clothes that I have are thankfully quite light and they fit well in my bag so it worked out for me I have six tops one pair of shorts one skirt two three dresses and one blazer which is gonna actually my little coat so I also have a light crop jumper and a pair leggings I’m a broken socks that I’ll be wearing on the plane so I can mix em around I mix my my time there [Music] so in this packing cube which was inside my clothing packing cube are all my cycling gear so if three sports bras I’ve got one bikini which we’ll be using when we’re going surfing I have one pair of bicycle shorts and I have warming boys go babe and here’s Ted looking for somewhere else to sleep he soaks you I wish she was mine but he’s not so now I’m just parking everything away back into my three haters and as you can see it all fits nice and snug I really love the Osprey tempest three
