Col de la Bonette is a mountain pass located 80 km north of Nice in the French Alps.
The pass itself reaches an altitude of 2,715 m (8,907 ft).
However, with its extended loop, Cime de la Bonette, the road climbs to 2,802 m (9,193 ft), making it higher than the highest pass in the Alps, Col de l’Iseran (2,764 m / 9,068 ft).

This drive takes you from Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée on the south side of the pass to Jausiers on the north in the morning.
