this weird cracking noise from the front hub or the headset or possibly the fork. bought this bike in may and had this sound since, tried to get it fixed in many bike shops but couldn’t find the problem. I tried cleaning the headset and putting grease and putting it back together again.

Something’s loose
If your headset has been replaced and greased and the sound isn’t gone then it’s your fork. The stem is loose, happend to 2 of my fox 36s from 2019-2022 (gosh I hate this company). You can send it to fox for a big service, mention the creaking and they will press in a new stem.
Or just sell it of as is and buy something that actually works and is serviceable, like a boxxer for example 😂
