Hello guys, this bycicle I received drom my father, he's go to Czech Republic and started drink alcohol and for me his not my father anymore, but he give me own bycicle. I'm ride on this bike 2.5 years and I noticed this crack about three months ago, but it was probably there before, and I didn't pay attention to it. But now I see that it has spread further along the frame.
Please tell me what I could do.

this frame is a goner. Don’t ride this, catastrophic failure of a head-tube is really bad for your health.
You strip the parts and put the frame in the metal recycling bin.
Unfortunately a fatigue issue with aluminum frames.
Repair is not really feasible, but: I have seen people use a cable tie around the head tube – and with your frame there seems to be enough space to fasten a cable tie over the crack. This is not a professional repair, and I would not recommend this if you ride seriously like hopping and jumping, but it does not look like it.
The cable tie takes some stress/pressure off that area so you can keep riding – and keep an eye on this crack.
1- drill a small hole at the bottom of the crack (optional)
2- install steel ring clamp around cracked segment
3- victory lap

That’s toast dawg. You can have someone weld it or whatever but the headset cup tolerances won’t be there. Time for a new frame
