While re-assembling my Ultimate CF SL7, I forced the last bolt a bit too much and the outer guide bolt (I don’t know the name) came off a bit. I unscrewed the inner bolt, set the outer bolt back in gently with a plastic hammer and screwed the bolt back in again. It looks like the spacer broke a bit at the bottom.
Is it safe to ride? Or should I just order a new bike? 😄

You’re not the 1st to overtighten that spacer grub screw.
The torque on this is literally next to nothing, so as long as it’s in and has a little bite on it, then it should be fine. It only secures the lower spacer to help them turn together. The security of the stem on the fork is the 2 bolts above it, but you know that anyway
If you’re bothered, then you can either take the thread out again and glue/bond it back in or get a new one from Canyon. Mine has lasted 8 years!
This thing only prevents the fork from dropping when the stem is detached
