With our final stage fast approaching, it’s time for a bit of a recap. Starting our journey in the heart of England we made our way through the muddy fields of Warwickshire and Leicestershire. Our route then took us through the limestone valleys of the southern peak district before crossing the high peaks and peat bogs of the dark peak. Next we travelled through West Yorkshire along the Lancashire border before crossing the high fells of the Yorkshire Dales. As we entered Cumbria it was back to muddy fields before finally entering the glacial valley of The Lake District. We now only have six miles left as we Ascend to the roof of England.
