Less than 24 hours till I get on a plane. I’ve never been overseas before spent my whole life tucked away in New Zealand and now I’m flying out to Vietnam with my bike in a box and no real idea what’s waiting for me.
The plan (if you can call it that) is to ride from Ho Chi Minh up through Cambodia, into Thailand onto Laos then circle back into Vietnam and follow the coast down back to Ho Chi Minh City.
If anyone’s done a trip like this or has tips for crossing borders, good spots to ride, or just what to expect out there, I’d really appreciate.
