Quite disappointed about the quality off the canyom headsets… after just a year it looks like this. Seems also like the cable routing is off… one is running outside between the stem of the bar and the bearing. Nicely squeezed… what the heck?
Anyone with similar experience here?

Normal canyon quality
I had exactly the same problem. The integrated headset makes the exchange to a new headset quit the hassle.
Does anyone know a more durable bearing for canyon Aeroad headsets. enduro XD15 bearings?

Canyon normally use Acros headsets, which I’ve always found to be good quality
I would just try to do cleaning and lube every 6 months ro keep on top of things.
I would look to replace them with premium branded bearings such as NTN or similar. Give the whole bearing a smear of grease to help keep the moisture out before fitting.
