I hate getting caught up in some sticky clay-based mud. I don’t ride in rain but I’ve been caught out like this.

Hate getting caught in such deep mud but with all the forestry work going on, leaving former gravel trails in such a poor state, it‘s sometimes inevitable.
Interestingly, a Varia covered in mud still works reliably!

That bike is beautifully dirty! I love the lines of these fairlight frames. I’m using their 56T secan 3.0 geo for a “custom” ti frame to replaced my crashed Thunderhawk. The stack and reach of the 56T fixes everything I didn’t get along with on the Thunderhawk.
