    Generally yes, though make sure you have a good idea of the size you need and how to judge it from a test ride. It’s an older low end groupset is probably the main downside here, but it’ll do the job. Good bike if you’re sticking to paved surfaces, if you’re hitting any of the rougher parts of the cycle network then you might benefit from some wider tyres but they’d be harder to find for this sort of money.
