How much too restore an early 70s trike and early 70/s tandem?

Hi,

I have two early 70's Schwinns. I have an old town and country trike and a an old tandem. They have been garaged, storaged and warehoused for over 25 years. They need brakes, tubes, rubber, etc. I dont want to repaint them. The paint is original and in good condition. I might need to replace the chrome (I am not sure). Can anyone give me an estimate on restoration? I will probably sell the tandem and keep the trike. Does anyone know a decent restoration service in the San Francisco Bay Area?
