My roomate wants to sell his fat tire bike that he doesn't want anymore. I think it is a 2014 Norco Bigfoot with a 1×10 conversion using slx drivetrain. Everything shifts fine and the brakes are still tight although there is cosmetic damage.
How much should he ask? I think he should list it at $700.

That’s way too much for a more than 10 year-old fat tire bike especially if it has cosmetic damage. And putting that information to the bicycle bluebook puts it at a value of 270.
