In college I hung out with a bunch of guys that all would go mountain biking together, then take our bikes back to the dorm showers to hose them (and ourselves) off. Me and one other guy were on the 5th floor, and we definitely got some funny looks.

Honest request: Could you post a photo of your shower without the bike? I like it and I want example to give to my contractor.
As for cleaning your bike, as long as you’re careful not to scratch the glass or tile, and you clean up before she gets back …
