I’ve got the new Shimano XTR Di2 on my Jones LWB. I also own a 2025 Canyon Endurace All Road that I converted to 1x. I’d like to use my wireless XTR derailleur on the Canyon, swapping between the two bikes as I like, but I’m having trouble finding which drop bar shifter I should purchase.
Does anyone here know which I should get?

The new GRX is perfectly compatible with the new mountain wireless.
I believe any of the 12 speed di2 wireless shifters will work
Any of the new shimano 12 speed shifters will work, 105, Ultegra, Dura-Ace or GRX.
GRX do a left hand shifter that has no electronics so is just a brake lever. Although if you wanted to get 2x levers both sides then any unused buttons can be programmed to operate a Garmin or Wahoo. I have 2x both sides on my 1x gravel bike with 12 speed GRX Di2 (ST-RX825-R / ST-RX825-L).
Note though that these road and GRX shifters are mineral oil only. If you have the new XTR MTB calipers then they would need replacing as they use low viscosity oil only.
