I recently bought a used Decathlon Triban RC100 and want to upgrade the stock Shimano Tourney rear derailleur (7-speed). I’m considering either the Shimano RD-M3020 (Acera, 7/8-speed) or Shimano Altus RD-M310 (7/8-speed), both MTB derailleurs. I’m currently using stock MicroSHIFT brifters (7-speed).
Will either of these derailleurs work smoothly with my current setup, especially with the MicroSHIFT brifters?
Between Acera M3020 and Altus M310, which is better for road use?

the one in the first pic can use more gears in the back.
The m3020 can accommodate a larger cassette (up to 40t) than the RD-M310 (34t). I’d take the RD-M310, they’re cheap and work very well.
