Good deal
Yes, that’s a good deal. The mavic cosmic carbones are a nice addition. They’re not a full carbon wheelset, it’s basically an alloy braking track with a deep carbon fairing which imo is the best for rim brakes. You get the braking power of an alloy wheelset with the stiffness and the aerodynamics of a deep carbon wheelset. You don’t really want a full carbon wheelset with rim brakes…they’re horrible when braking in wet conditions.
