Ok, maybe I’m missing something obvious here, but is there a reason bikepacking bag companies don’t use some sort of seam sealant like [GearAid Seam Grip](https://www.gearaid.com/products/seam-grip-sealant-waterproof?variant=28044147153) or the like?

I’d love it if my bags were more waterproof and that seems (seams!) like an obvious way to make it happen.

The only example I’ve seen of a seam sealed bag is the Velo Orange x Roadrunner Biggish Bag.

Is it just a cost thing?
