Sorry third times a charm i hardly ever post on here… haha so I recently bought this frame for a project, and I’m having a really hard time figuring out what bike it is. Ive narrowed it down to late 60s-70s definitely European. Either English or French it has a 35mmx70mm bottom bracket shell(Makes me steer more towards french) It’s got the crest detail on the front forks, chrome plated drop outs, internal cable routing for rear brake, and the serial number is right below the seat post. I still cannot figure out what brand this bike is, and what year it’s from specifically. I was hoping if anyone knows what it might be?
