I’m here long. I’m gonna be on here for probably about 15 minutes, but I wanted to show you guys the bay, Cardiff Bay. So, I just got done doing my bike ride. If y’all watched my video, then y’all saw um where I said that I was going to be doing a bike ride while I was here. So, yeah. I just wanted to show y’all this real quick. What y’all up to? How y’all doing today? They went in. There’s three of us on this tour today. And we have just been riding all around um the city. So, it’s really nice. It’s really nice. Um he showed us a lot of stuff. Um, he showed us Cardiff Bay, which that’s what this is right now. He showed us um the rugby statue. We saw um the stadium. We saw that. So, it’s been really, really nice learning about the city. Yay. It’s cloudy today and um which is cool. It’s not raining. It was raining a little bit but it stopped. So yeah, he told us a lot of stuff and I’ve learned a lot. I feel like okay, I’ve learned everything. I can go home now. So I got to be back at the bike in about 15 minutes. But I met two one one guy from Denmark and the other one was from um Russia I think and they’re all like learning different languages and stuff. So yeah, it’s really really cool. It’s really cool. I slept really good last night. Um, last night was kind of rough, but I do need to call my bank and uh tell them tell them that I’m international right now and that I need to be able to spend my money. So, it’s kind of chilly out here, I guess, cuz we’re by the water. But, yeah, he tal he showed us so much stuff today. Last night I slept okay. It was Yeah, it was good. Y’all look at the water. It’s so relaxing, isn’t it? Such a calm, peaceful Aurora. Aurora. Yeah, Aurora. I’ve been seeing a lot of people run, which is good. So, I haven’t ran in like eight days, so I’m probably going to be really, really tired when I pick back up again. It’s chilly. It’s so, so chilly right now. But I got my rain jacket on. So, yeah, the bike ride was nice today. There was someone else in Yeah, they’re over there. Uh, they’re having drinks. But y’all, let me tell y’all the if do y’all want to hear something embarrassing, right? So, y’all know how I just said that I got to call my bank because I’m not able to make any transactions cuz, you know, I’m in the UK. So, I don’t have any cash on me and I didn’t want to go in there and like run the risk of my card not working. So, I didn’t want to have a drink. But, we’re at the end of the boat ride, though. I did vlog a little bit. So, y’all will be getting a video, but yeah, I didn’t want to like go in there and like my card don’t work. I don’t know what’s up with my card. And I didn’t want them to have to pay for me for a drink. But they’re really nice though. Like there’s two of us on the bike ride today, including the the guy the man that you know that’s hosting it or whatever cuz there’s our bikes down there. One of the guy Oh, do y’all see the boat? One of the guy Yeah, I just said this, but one of the one of the men is from Denmark and the other one is from Russia and they’re learning like different languages and stuff. So, and we all like took pictures and then me. So, like it’s just three of us today. So, it was really nice to like, you know, be able to talk with him and ask questions and stuff during the bike ride. So, yeah, if um if y’all want his information so y’all can go on a tour as well, then let me know. But yeah, it definitely got cold. which I was trying to think. Okay, last year when I was here about this time, was it cold? And it was. So, yeah, I’m just right here. I’m just waiting for them to come out. And um I hope they don’t think that I’m being antisocial and didn’t want to go in there and have drinks with them, but yeah, I just Y’all know how it is. But it was kind of drizzling just a little bit. But I’m so thankful, y’all, because this weather was actually pretty good for this. And I’m just so glad that it wasn’t raining and we were actually able to do it. So yeah, he told us a lot of history of whales, which is nice. Like if y’all know me, y’all know that I love history. I love learning about history and stuff and like learning about different things that happened in the world. Y’all, this man was so shocked when I told him I was learning Welsh and that I would be fluent within the next year. But he was just like, “Y’all, first of all, if y’all didn’t know, I’m an American and I’m in Wales right now, but I’ve been studying the language for about a year. I have taken a couple, you know, pauses from it because I’m training for a 5K. But when I told that man, when I started speaking to this man man meeting the one that owns this bike bike bike riding thing, um, he was so shocked. He was like, “What? What do you mean? What? Say something. Say something to me. Say something to to me in Welsh.” And I’m just like, uh, and he said, and I was like, yeah, okay. But it was so nice though because he bought us Welsh cakes and, um, well, a Welsh cake. So, I had my first Welsh cake, which I’m so excited. And I cannot wait until I go to the market cuz that’s when I’m going to get more of them. Y’all, I swear I’m probably gonna put on like I don’t know, five pounds from eating Welsh cakes. I’m going to go over there and talk to the ladies. So, there’s a boat down there. Someone’s on a boat, y’all. We went into that into that building right there and um it wasn’t really too much to see. But and then tomorrow, is it tomorrow? Yeah, tomorrow or either the day after tomorrow. That building right there, that’s the Wells Millennium Center. So, there are two events that I’m going well actually three. I’m going to be in that building for three days. One seeing some per Yeah. One day I’ll be seeing some performers and then the next day and then the next day. So, and then after that I got some other obligations that I got to fulfill while I’m here. So, and then after that, I can just do what I want to do. But yeah, as soon as they come out, I’mma get off here. But this feels like maybe 5060s, I think, tentwise. Y’all, last night, shout out to my friend Andy last night or when I checked into my hotel, right? Tell me why I couldn’t find the light switch. So, I was just kind of like, where’s the dog on light switch? And come to find out, y’all see this big old tree right here? Come to find out, you gotta stick the the hotel key card in this little slot and you have to keep it there in order for the lights to be on. So, I was just like, “What?” Shout out to Andy for telling me that cuz I had no idea. I would have been like thinking something was wrong. It’s amazing how you can meet how you can just meet so many different people from different parts of the world. And I think that that’s why I decided to do this boat trip or not boat trip but this bike ride because you know it just allowed me to like talk to people and just learn about stuff, learn about other people where they come from like their back their backgrounds and stuff. So, and y’all they were talking about Trump. There’s like And this man cuz of my hair. Let me show y’all my hair. Y’all see? Hold on. Y’all see my hair? It’s big, right? So, I had to get a bigger helmet. And he was like He came for y’all American men. He said, “Y’all got big heads.” [Music] But I was like, “Okay, y’all. People when people ask me questions about like politics and stuff like Mm- I’m not falling into that trap. Too many people lose friends, family because of a disagreement over politics. So, I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have my opinions on it, but I ain’t saying it. I ain’t saying it at all. Like, my closest friends, my closest friends and family, they know what I think. They know what’s up. But to get on the internet and like express all of that stuff, I’m not doing it. The only thing that I will say, well, what I did tell them when we were on this bike ride, y’all, when they were discussing Trump, I told them that and people can unfollow me. y’all can like delete or whatever. But I do support. Let me make sure. Actually, let me walk down here. Let me just make sure that he cuz I don’t want to hold them up. Oh, thank y’all for the three thumbs up. I appreciate it so much. But I do support what he’s doing in terms of that or in terms of him trying to figure out what’s going on with the autism diagnosis. I do support the administration and RFK with that. So, I mean, how can I not think about it, y’all? If I’m an autism researcher, if I’m a behavior analyst, if I work with autistic people, if I have a 13-year-old that has autism, why wouldn’t I not support what Donald J. Trump is doing in regards to autism? I mean, wouldn’t that be a direct contradiction to my work and what I’m doing? like that wouldn’t even be in a in alignment with who I am, right? So, I feel like even if I did or didn’t, which I do, by the way, um I mean, shouldn’t I be excited that he’s looking into So, there’s a statue over there, but I don’t want to It’s people over there, and I don’t want people to get in my frame. If y’all are just joining me or if you’re watching this on replay, this is Cardiff Bay. So, and I’m waiting on them to come out of there. It’s been 15 minutes. I’m going to start walking back down there since it’s been 15 minutes. I’m too short for the bike. The bike is like really taller than me. So, I’ve had trouble getting on and off the bike. Norwick Church. That is the Norwegian Church Arts Center and Norse Coffee Shop. I think that I think you used to cook. Oh. I learned a lot today. So, more than what I would have learned on my own. Obviously, [Laughter] a little ASMR for y’all. There’s Yeah. Some more stuff to see. Not really sure what all that is, but we’ll walk over there. Y’all, all three men that I’m on this um bike ride with, I guess there was a marathon. I guess there was like race today. Saturday. Yeah, on Saturday, two of the guys flew in from their countries and then the guy that is over this, but they ran ultra marathon yesterday. And yeah, they asked me if I went and I was like, “Nope, mine isn’t until the 8th.” Wonder how y’all look. It’s going to be It’s kind of scary, isn’t it? Imagine I drop my phone in there. That would be insane. I might come back. I think creative people can get a lot done at the water cuz it’s just something about the sound of it that just relaxes the mind, right? Hi Jamon. Hey.
