It’s not scraping on anything but why ride it? Fix it. True it up. Watch a video on wheel truing, buy a spoke wrench and give it a try.

Looks like a spoke has snapped. I wouldn’t ride thay wheel until its fixed.

You can ride on a wheel out of true. You will just lose some power to it. It will also tend to go even more out of true as you ride on it.
You can pay a shop to true it for you or you can buy the tools to do it yourself for about the same price.

Are any spokes incredibly loose? Like looser than the twangiest banjo you could ever image? Then you should get it tightened up asap but you won’t die. If no spokes are super loose it’s not gonna kill you but get it fixed up asap.
