Hi Jim, I'm interested as to how you'd deal with this one. Despite the cheap price it needs some work plus new electrics. Apart from the cost of the works, would you be looking at it as a renter or do you think you can make a decent profit? The fact that it has no garden or any land is going to severely restrict the number of potential buyers. One thing we all learned from covid is outdoor space is a priority. Having your experience, knowledge and skills probably means you can DIY but sadly not all of us do.
